Connecting Marketplaces and Retailers for Seamless Global Commerce

For marketplaces
Marketplaces we work with
Active commercial partnerships across global and regional marketplaces
Marketplace challenges we understand
Marketplaces frequently face:
High competition for quality sellers
Incomplete or poorly prepared applications
Lengthy KYB/KYC and onboarding processes
Limited resources to support early-stage sellers
Low activation rates post-approval
We’ve seen this from the inside — and built 12 Camels to solve it.
How 12 Camels supports marketplaces
We operate as an extension of your marketplace team.
Our support includes:
Pre-qualification and marketplace matching
Integration and operational support
Ongoing coordination, reducing internal support load
Seller recruitment across multiple territories
Fully managed onboarding, including KYB/KYC and compliance
Early-stage seller activation and performance support
Seller supply-access 50k+ retailers and brands
We work with a powerful portfolio of global sellers & brands, including retailers with products already positioned in the EU and the UK.
This allows marketplaces to:
Expand range and availability quickly
Maintain fast, in-region delivery expectations
Grow supply while protecting customer experience
As we scale, this model also supports recruitment from additional territories, including the US and APAC.
A revenue-aligned partnership model
12 Camels partners with marketplaces on a revenue-aligned basis. This model has been proven to generate significant revenues with low risk.
Our core commercial model is simple:
We recruit, onboard, and activate sellers
We earn an agreed revenue share once those sellers are trading successfully
We only earn when you do
Our incentives are fully aligned with long-term marketplace growth and seller success.

Marketplace accelerator package (optional)
Some marketplaces choose to engage 12 Camels via a short-term accelerator package at the start of a partnership.
This optional package is designed to fast-track our operational understanding of a marketplace, enabling us to recruit and activate sellers more quickly and effectively over the long term.
During this initial phase, a dedicated 12 Camels team works closely with the marketplace on:
-
Seller requirements and approval processes
-
Category priorities
-
Integration nuances
-
Onboarding and activation best practices
The accelerator is typically structured as a fixed monthly fee over an initial three-month period.
Where agreed, this investment is offset against future revenue share once seller activity is live.
